We are pleased to share that Nina Araya, Director of the Foundation for the Development of Ukrainian Art, took part in the prestigious ELIA (European League of Institutes of the Arts) Symposium titled “The Beginning is now” held in Manchester, UK in October 16-20, 2023. The title of the event was especially symbolic, as it truly marked a beginning for the foundation itself. Having been newly established, one of the foundation’s first key steps was to seek out international partners for future collaborations—and this symposium provided the perfect platform to do so.
The event served not only as an inspiring platform for dialogue among leading global art and education institutions, but also as a valuable opportunity for building meaningful partnerships.
During the symposium, a number of professional connections were established with key European institutions in the field of arts education. The foundation has already begun preparing several memorandums of cooperation, paving the way for future joint projects, academic exchange, and the international promotion of Ukrainian art and education.
